Can Gat Vell are two eighteenth century farmhouses , one in front of the other with a lawn garden with two olive trees in the middle.

🏠 Apartments of Can Gat Vell
In Masia Grande (Large Cottage) , we have an apartment on the first floor (Cal Secretari) and two other apartments on the second floor (El Mirador and El Rebost), and also two independent rooms (the double El Porticó and the triple La Finestreta). All the apartments have kitchen, living room and dining room. The surface area is 500m2.
Apartment Cal Secretari: Ideal for 5 people. It has 2 bedrooms: One of them with a double bed and its own bathroom with bathtub and shower. The other bedroom has three single beds and its own bathroom with bathtub (with exterior access or through the main room).This accommodation is 130 m2 and has a living room of 50 m2, which allows us to hold group meetings and meals very comfortably . The kitchen is large and fully equipped.
Apartment El Rebost : It has 69 m2 and is ideal for 5 people. It has 2 bedrooms: One bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, including bathroom. One bedroom with double bed also with bathroom. Terrace and kitchen.
Apartment El Mirador : It has 82 m2. Ideal for 5 people. It has 2 bedrooms: One bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. A loft with two single beds and a bathroom (gives access to a bedroom). It also has a kitchen
Bedroom La Finestreta : Ideal for 3 people. It has a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, shower/WC (narrow access) in the room.
Bedroom El Porticó : Ideal for 2 people. It has a bedroom with double bed and shower/WC.
⚠️Important: pets are not allowed in the Big Farmhouse
In the Small Farmhouse, we have three semi-detached houses , at garden level, with an area of 280m2:
Casa El Graner : of 49 m2, it is a house for 4 people with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and the other has two single beds. One bathroom with bathtub. It has a kitchen.
Casa La Pallissa : of 131 m2, it is a house for 9 people with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has a double bed. Another with four single beds. And the last one with a double bed and a double sofa bed (only for children). All three bathrooms have a bathtub. The lodging has a kitchen.
Casa La Solana : 37 m2, ideal for 2 people: it has a bedroom with a double bed and 1 bathroom with bathtub. Kitchen included.

Reception, games room, service areas and private laundry are located on the ground floor and shared with the rest of the accommodations on the property.
⚠️ Important Information
Pets are allowed in La Masia Petita (only one pet in El Graner or/and one in La Pallissa).
To preserve the peaceful rural environment and respect neighbours, outdoor music and noisy activities are not allowed.
We live on the property and take care of maintenance and animals, and we are always available during your stay.
