The Small Farmhouse (Masia Petita) is a charming rural house for 15 people located in Llampaies , in the heart of Alt Empordà .
It is made up of three semi-detached houses at the garden level and 1rst floor.
The Small Cottage has 6 bedrooms,5 bathrooms and the dining room to spend moments together.

The Small Farmhouse of Can Gat Vell is ideal for groups of up to 15 people , where everyone will have their own private space and, at the same time, a meeting place with their friends or family to enjoy a perfect coexistence in a rural environment!
This rural accommodation combines independent living spaces with spacious shared areas , creating the perfect balance for family reunions , friends’ gatherings or group getaways surrounded by nature, very close to the Costa Brava.
It consists of three semi-detached houses at the garden level and 1rst floor, with kitchen facilities with an approximate surface of 300 m² .
The layout allows each family or group to enjoy their own private space while maintaining shared areas ideal for spending time together .

Casa El Graner : of 49 m2, it is a house for 4 people with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and the other has two single beds. One bathroom with bathtub. It has a kitchen.
Casa La Pallissa : of 133 m2, it is a house for 9 people with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has a double bed. Another with four single beds. And the last one with a double bed and a double sofa-bed (only for children). All three bathrooms have bathtub. The lodging has a kitchen. It has a door that can communicate with the house of La Solana.
Casa La Solana : 37 m2, ideal for 2 people: it has a bedroom with a double bed and 1 bathroom with bathtub. It includes kitchen. It has a door that can communicate with the house of La Pallissa.
🎯 Shared Spaces and Services
Reception, games room, service areas and private laundry (without access) are located on the ground floor of the Big Cottage and shared with the rest of the accommodations on the property.
