Casa El Graner , a small semi-detached cottage of 45 m2, the accommodation par excellence for families with two adults and two children. It belongs to the Small Cottage.

It is a small house but very well distributed, which makes it very practical and cozy.

It has a private terrace of 30m2 , to enjoy in the mornings, and in front, in the communal garden, another terrace to be in the afternoons, under the mulberry trees. The walls and ceilings of the house are in a charming Ibizan style.

The accommodation has a bedroom with a double bed with a ceiling fan, a bedroom with two single beds , with standing fan and exit to the terrace, a bathroom. It is located at garden level.

The kitchen, the dining room and the living room form a single room, with fireplace and SAT TV.

It also includes dishwasher, fridge-freezer, toaster, Nespresso capsule coffee machine, microwave, ceramic hob and WIFI. A pet is allowed (see info here). Propane gas heating. Portable barbecue. Parking for one car.
