Cal Secretari is a 130m2 rustic apartment located in the ground floor of the main house.

The kitchen is very spacious and fully equipped, with fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, toaster, Nespresso capsule coffee machine/Italian coffee maker/coffee maker with built-in filter, microwave and ceramic hob. It has a large living-dining room, very cozy with fireplace, SMART-TV with SAT, stereo. The dimensions of the dining room (50m2 approximately) are ideal for group meals, meetings of friends or small business meetings.



The apartment has 2 spacious bedrooms . The main bedroom has a king-size bed (220x180cm) with standing fan and bathroom with bathtub and shower, and the other bedroom has three single beds (90cm x 190cm) with ceiling fan and bathroom with bathtub. This second room can be accessed from the main bedroom or from the outside of the apartment.

In addition, the apartment has a private patio of 45m2 with barbecue , which is the perfect complement to stop al fresco and relax. Propane heating. Parking for one car. ELECTRIC/HYBRID CAR CHARGING POINT.


Pets are not allowed.
